Every in-stock order placed at Zora Peptide ships within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. We’ve held this standard on 100% of orders to date, and we’re confident enough in our operation to back it with a guarantee.
How It Works
When you place an order and your payment is confirmed in our system, the 24-hour clock starts. Your order is packed, labeled, and handed off to USPS or UPS — with tracking emailed to you — within that window.
If we ever miss this promise on an eligible order, we’ll issue a one-time coupon code worth the full amount of your order (including shipping) for use on any future purchase at Zora Peptide. The coupon doesn’t expire for 12 months, applies to any product, and is sent to you by email within 48 hours of the missed deadline.
When the Clock Starts
The 24-hour window begins when your payment is confirmed in our admin system, which typically happens within 1–3 hours of receipt during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET). Payments received outside business hours are confirmed the next business morning.
For Zelle and Venmo orders, “payment received” means the funds have landed in our account and we’ve matched them to your order number in the memo field. Including only your order number in the payment memo (no product names, no “Zora,” no “peptides”) helps us confirm your payment faster.
What “Shipped” Means
An order is considered shipped when a tracking number has been generated and emailed to you. Carrier scan delays after we hand off the package do not affect the guarantee — once the label is created and you have tracking, the guarantee is satisfied.
The In-Stock Requirement
This guarantee applies to items shown as in stock on our website at the time of order. In the rare case that an item turns out to be unavailable after you order despite showing in stock, we’ll notify you within 24 hours and offer one of three options: a substitution with a comparable product, holding the order until the item is restocked, or a full refund of the unavailable item with the rest of your order shipping on schedule. The guarantee does not apply in this scenario, but we’ll make it right.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- Orders with delayed payment confirmation due to bank or payment processor issues outside our control
- Orders requiring address verification, identity confirmation, or fraud review
- Orders placed during declared system maintenance windows (announced via email in advance)
- Force majeure: severe weather disruptions, carrier service outages (USPS/UPS), natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control
- Orders to addresses we cannot ship to under our shipping policy
How to Claim
If your order misses the 24-hour window and you believe the guarantee applies, you don’t need to do anything — we monitor every order and will email you the coupon code automatically. If you haven’t received a coupon within 48 hours of a missed deadline, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resolve it immediately.
Terms and Updates
